Kyrgyz MPs pass extradition treaty with South Korea in 1st reading

AKIPRESS.COM - Parliament committee on law and order passed the first reading of agreements with South Korea signed by the prosecution authorities of the two countries. MPs passed the first reading of the extradition treaty between the Kyrgyz Republic and South Korea signed on November 14, 2018 in Gwacheon City; the treaty between the Kyrgyz Republic and South Korea on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters signed in Gwacheon City on 14 November 2018; and the treaty between the Kyrgyz Republic and South on the transfer of sentenced persons signed in Gwacheon City on 14 November 2018.
