Kyrgyz government sees trains unsafe for bringing migrant workers back home

AKIPRESS.COM - The Kyrgyz government does not consider transportation of citizens stranded in Russia by train.
Some non-governmental organizations suggest transportation of migrant workers by train, Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev told a briefing today.
"Transportation of such a big amount of people by train, in small space, creates risks for contraction of Covid-19 on their way back. This is why we refrain from arrangement of transportation by train," the Deputy Health Minister said.
