Condition of children with cancer who contracted coronavirus satisfactory - Health Ministry

AKIPRESS.COM - 2 more health workers contracted coronavirus in children's department of the National Oncology Center, said the Health Ministry on May 25.
16 people, including 5 doctors, 8 children and 3 parents got infected with coronavirus.
Health Ministry reported that patients have not developed any coronavirus symptoms. "8 children with coronavirus receive chemotherapy. All of them are in satisfactory condition," ministry said.
"Reportedly, a grandmother who was looking after one of the patients in department got infected. She is now at home after testing positive for coronavirus. We checked tests of 120 people," said the chief physician of the department Baktygul Sultangaziyeva on May 20.
