Three Kyrgyz border guards wounded during Kyrgyz-Tajik border conflict in Batken region were transported by military aircraft to Bishkek on May 10.
Reportedly, three border guards of the Kyrgyz State Border Service were wounded in a shootout on the border of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan on May 8.
The conflict ocurred between citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan over use of a land plot in Chek area, Batken region. The land plot remains disputed, but was used by the Kyrgyz side in fact.
