Medical certificate with COVID-19 test results no more required in Uzbekistan to travel by plane, train

AKIPRESS.COM - The special commission in Uzbekistan has canceled a requirement to present a medical certificate with COVID-19 test results for travel by plane or train. In view of the financial situation of citizens amid quarantine and given that passengers will be seated in a distance of 2 meters between each other when traveling, the special commission has canceled this requirement.
The domestic flights and train service resumed in Uzbekistan since May 18.
Earlier, to travel by plane or train, passengers were required to present a medical certificate with negative COVID-19 test results made no more than 120 hours before the flight or train. The cost of COVID-19 test makes $22.
People opposed this requirement, the commission had to reconsider it.
