Shopping centers, restaurants, hotels to reopen since May 25 in Almaty

AKIPRESS.COM - Shopping centers more than 500 sq m in size (except for hostels) and public catering facilities will reopen in Almaty since May 25, Almaty mayor's press office said.
Restrictions will be lifted for 138 sales outlets. Non-food retailers, beauty salons, dry cleaners and restaurants at shopping centers will reopen. They will be allowed to work until 11.00 p.m.
Food courts will reopen in shopping centers at the second stage of loosening of restrictions. Spa and fitness centers, entertainment facilities will be reopened at the third stage. The exact dates will depend upon epidemiological situation.
3,100 public catering facilities will reopen since May 25. A 2-meter distance between tables and no more than 4-people arrangement at table will be required. Public catering facilities will be allowed to stay open until 11.00 p.m.
Banquets and mass celebrations will not be allowed. Work of hookah bars is prohibited until the end of quarantine.
393 hotels will be reopened since May 25. Hotels will be allowed to open their restaurants.
Some 3,631 entities will reopen and 84,200 people will return to their work.
Opening of malls will be possible after check of their compliance with quarantine requirements.
