AKIPRESS.COM - Medical workers are in a high-risk group, since they work in COVID-19 clusters and closely contact coronavirus patients, Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev told a briefing today.
All medical workers infected with COVID-19 are under close medical observation, the Deputy Health Minister said.
There are cases of contraction of coronavirus infection among police officers. They are also under medical observation. The epidemiological investigations are carried out thoroughly, the Deputy Health Minister added.
Police officers, medical workers and servicemen were stationed at the sanitary and quarantine checkpoints during the state of emergency and emergency situation.
