AKIPRESS.COM - Exchange offices' turnover is twice bigger than that of commercial banks of Kyrgyzstan, said Chairman of the National Bank Tolkunbek Abdygulov. MP Zarylbek Rysaliyev asked to specify the initiative to close exchange bureaus.
Abdygulov said closing exchange offices was not the initiative of the National Bank.
"We outlined our position in 2015, and it was an initiative of MPs," he said.
"How much does one get paid in commercial banks?" asked the MP.
Abdygulov responded that the average salary is 14-18 thousand soms.
