Kyrgyz government's 3 principles of legalization of capital

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan had 3 attempts on legalization of capital, but all unsuccessful.
Now the government is considering three principles of legalization, according to Deputy Prime Minister Erkin Asrandiyev:
1. Confidentiality;
2. Inviolability, nobody should touch the capital;
3 Tax exemption and encouraging of businesses if a part of the legalized capital is directed to the development of economy and opening of enterprises.
