Government awaits decision of medicine provision department on increasing drug prices

AKIPRESS.COM - A number of complaints were received during the coronavirus epidemic that some drugs increased in price, said Vice Prime Minister Aida Ismailova at the parliament meeting on May 11.
According to her, these appeals were checked.
"The Medicine Provision Department is considering the issue at its own level. There is a catalogue, which should determine the percentage," she said.
According to Ismailova, the conclusion on cutting drug prices will be made after receiving the decision of the department at the level of Health Ministry.
