Transactions using payment cards increased by almost 30% over year in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan recorded 13.6 million transactions using payment cards in 2019 with a growth rate of 29.4%, the government said.
In 2018, the number of such transaction was 11 million for 56.3 billion soms.
The state program to increase the share of non-cash payments for 2018-2022 is being implemented jointly with the national bank, the statement said.
