AKIPRESS.COM - One more coronavirus patient died in Kyrgyzstan on May 5, said the Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev.
The patient was treated in the national infectious diseases hospital.
A 69-year-old man was delivered to the hospital with pneumonia on May 4 and tested positive for coronavirus.
Daughter who worked at the family practice center #3 was in contact with the deceased, however she tested negative.
According to the the nation-wide operative team for coronavirus prevention, the patient suffered pneumonia, acute respiratory failure of the third degree, cerebral edema. Patient also had diabetes and was on insulin.
That brought the death toll from coronavirus to 11 in Kyrgyzstan.
