Citizens of Kyrgyzstan staying in Irkutsk ask government to bring them home

AKIPRESS.COM - Citizens of Kyrgyzstan staying in Irkutsk, Russia, have asked the Kyrgyz government to arrange their transportation to Kyrgyzstan.
"We are in a difficult situation due to coronavirus and need assistance. Educational institutions closed, we live in the dormitory. Parents can't help us due to a difficult situation in Kyrgyzstan. We ask the government to arrange the chartered flight to bring us home," they said.
Around 40 students and other citizens of Kyrgyzstan are stranded in Irkutsk now, they said.
