Parliament Committee approves bill on construciton, rehabilitaiton of water supply and sanitation facilities in Osh, Karakol, Naryn and Jalal-Abad regions on ADB grant

AKIPRESS.COM - The Budget and Finances Committee of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan today approved the draft law on ratification of the agreement on the mechanism of financing (special operations) between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Asian Development Bank signed on 25 December 2019 in Bishkek. The purpose of the agreement is to finance small operations related to construction and rehabilitation of the water supply and sanitation facilities in Osh, Karakol, villages of Naryn region, Bazar-Korgon district of Jalal-Abad region.
The Asian Development Bank will provide a $10 million grant for the project.
