President Berdimuhamedov obliged all Turkmen entrepreneurs to launch websites by 2021

AKIPRESS.COM - President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on Feb 27, which envisages that all public agencies and institutions as well as private-owned businesses and sole proprietors are obliged to set up the system of electronic document flow and launch their websites, which need to be "actively updated on a regular basis", the Chronicles of Turkmenistan reports.
Officials and entrepreneurs are obliged to execute the decree by Jan 2021.
President's son Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who was the governor of the Akhal region, was the first among other provinces to introduce the public administration system, including electronic document flow in Dec 2019.
