Bishkek commandant asks landlords not to demand rent from tenants

AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek commandant Almaz Orozaliev today has asked landlords not to demand rent from tenants. The commandant asked not to throw out tenants, some of whom do not work and stay in self-isolation.
"Besides some social media posts said shopping centers demand rent from their tenants despite the centers are closed. I urge owners of the shopping centers not to demand rent for their premises," the commandant said.
"It is time when should be united and support each other in a difficult time as never before," the commandant stated.
