Kyrgyzstan overcomes shortage of drugs - Kyrgyz Pharmaceutical Union

AKIPRESS.COM - There was a moment, when the republic has a deficit of drugs, however we overcome this moment, said the Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Union of Kyrgyzstan Ernis Asanov.
According to him, the supplies from China and Europe were established. India's borders remain closed, there is neither air connection nor transport delivery.
"The delivery cost grew twice as exchange rate increased," he said.
Previosuly, 1 kg was delivered for $3-$4, now the price has risen to $7-$8. As a result, drug prices increased on average by 15-20%, he noted.
Asanov assured, today there is no shortage of drugs.
