Kyrgyz government allocates 200 million soms for food assistance of poor families

AKIPRESS.COM - The government allocates 200 million soms for food assistance for poor families, Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism Azamat Jamankulov told a briefing today.
"These funds will be distributed between the regions. Each region governor should tell the financial needs for assistance. Then the funds will be transferred. Food packages will be purchased then and distriburted under supervision of the local authorities," Minister Jamankulov explained.
