Vice PM tells algorithm of movement of freight carriers on Kyrgyz-Chinese border

AKIPRESS.COM - Negotiations with China on the opening of the Irkeshtam checkpoint have been completed, Deputy Prime Minister Erkin Asrandiyev said April 15. A special algorithm was developed, a neutral zone opened at the checkpoint where Kyrgyz and Chinese cargo carriers can exchange trailers.
"Chinese truck drivers will not enter our territory. Our drivers will not enter their territory. Drivers exchange with trailers without contact. I think it will be the right decision in the current situation," he said.
