Government investigates provision of medical workers with coveralls

AKIPRESS.COM - As the allegations about lack of protective gears for doctors mount, the issue of providing doctors with coveralls is being investigated, the government reports.
"This situation sparked outrage both among the nationwide operative team to contain coronavirus and the civil society. We will look thoroughly into this issue and make sure that every doctor on the front line is provided with protective gears," said First Deputy Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov.
As of April 10, 39 medical workers were diagnosed with coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan.
