Will Kyrgyz government publicize information of quarantine breakers?

AKIPRESS.COM - Information of citizens under home quarantine may be publicized, First Vice Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov told a briefing today.
The government refrains from such step however in order not to violate constitutional rights of citizens, the First Vice Prime Minister said.
"If the situation gets worse and citizens do not respect laws and requirements of the quarantine, we will have to do it then and the society will educate such quarantine breakers," the First Vice PM said.
First Vice Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov said earlier the government can monitor location of citizens under home quarantine online.
