Bishkek commandant tells what will happen if a citizen does not get home before curfew

AKIPRESS.COM - In case a citizen did not get home before the curfew, police officers will talk to him or her, Bishkek commandant Almazbek Orozaliev told a briefing today in Bishkek.
Safety of citizens is number one priority, he said.
"If a citizen does not offer resistance, is sober, if reason is explained normally, we will help this citizen to get home," commandant Orozaliev said.
Yet, it is better to observe curfew, he added.
