State of emergency in Bishkek. Сitizens should have self-declaration form if they go outside

AKIPRESS.COM - For the period of the state of emergency in Bishkek, citizens should have a self-declaration form to justify why they need to go outside, Fist Fice Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov told a briefing last night.
From 7.00 am and until 8.00 pm citizens may go outside to buy products, to go to a pharmacy or to visit a doctor, Boronov said.
"The form should specify the name, domicile address, address of the pharmacy. The citizen should indicate the route from home to a pharmacy and back. If a citizen is stopped by police officers, he or she should present two documents: ID (passport, driver's license) and a self-declaration form," the First Vice Prime Minister said.
The self-declaration forms will be handwritten.
