State of emergency. Kyrgyz government provides update on self-declaration forms necessary to leave home

AKIPRESS.COM - Self-declaration forms necessary to go outside to buy products, medicines or visit a hospital will be handwritten, the Kyrgyz government said last night.
Citizens, except for those having passes (police officers, doctors, officials), are prohibited to be outside during the curfew from 8.00 pm until 7.00 am (night time).
Movement of the rest of citizens from 7.00 am until 8.00 pm will be restricted, except for going outside to buy products, medicines and visit a doctor. Citizens should have ID documents and self-declaration form when they leave home.
The self-declaration form should include the following details:
- First and last name;
- Phone number;
- Reason why you need to leave your home;
- Time of going outside;
- Time of return;
- Domicile address;
- Address of a place you are going to.
The entry to the areas under the state of emergency will be restricted for citizens living in other settlements.
