What facilities to stay open even after declaration of state of emergency?

AKIPRESS.COM - With declaration of the state of emergency the movement of citizens will be restricted from 8.00 pm until 7.00 am. All facilities will be closed, Deputy Interior Minister Almazbek Orozaliev told a press conference today in Bishkek.
"All facilities will be closed with declaration of the state of emergency, except for food stores, pharmacies and banks. The companies and organizations supporting life of the city will keep working as well," Almazbek Orozaliev said.
