Health Ministry briefs on condition of coronavirus infected citizens

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstanis infected with coronavirus have no external signs of the disease, said the Deputy Health Minister Tolo at the briefing on March 18. Isakov noted that their temperature is stable.
"Currently, they are observed by doctors. Patients say that they are absolutely healthy, do not cough and ask to discharge them from hospital. However, we should keep them for 14 days. We will take repeated tests for coronavirus on the 13th day and if the results are negative then they will be discharged from hospital," he said.
Kyrgyzstan confirmed the first three cases of coronavirus on March 18, Health Minister said. Three Kyrgyz citizens who arrived in the country after performing a minor hajj in Saudi Arabia on March 12 tested positive for coronavirus.
