Kazakhstan may ban use of smartphones by students at schools

AKIPRESS.COM - Use of mobile phones at schools may be prohibited at the legislative level, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin said, Kazinform reported.
Study of possible prohibition of use of various gadgets (smartphones, tablets, etc.) showed that the regulatory conditions for realization of this measure in practice are already in place, Askar Mamin said.
The prohibition for use of smartphones by students will be regulated legislatively, he said.
