Kazakhstan seeks to seal agreement with Turkey on protection of classified defense information

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan plans to cement an agreement with Turkey on protection of the classified defense information, zonakz.net reports.
The document provides transfer of the classified military information, procedure of its using and protection, measures taken in case of violation of the secrecy of international agreements and others.
Defense authorities of Kazakhstan and Turkey agreed the draft agreements on classified defense information on April 11, 2018.
The Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan then proposed to reconsider the existing international agreements dated 1993 and 1994 because of the need to conclude new treaties on military cooperation that fulfill the requirements of a modern time.
