Arrested blogger released to stay under house arrest

AKIPRESS.COM - Arrested blogger Elmir Sydymanov was released from custody to stay under house arrest, court ruled on Feb 28.
Sydymanov apologized for his words and repented.
The 23-year-old blogger was detained on Feb 17 for inciting to ethnic hatred.
He was arrested for his offensive statements during the Instagram livestream addressed to natives and residents of some regions of Kyrgyzstan.
