Courts received 107 lawsuits from drivers since launch of Safe City project

AKIPRESS.COM - 107 cases were sent to courts since the launch of the Safe City project, said the head of the road police monitoring center Gulmira Baratova during the press-tour on Feb 27. The drivers who disagreed with the decision on imposing the fines for the violation of traffic rules went to courts.
According to her, the monitoring center has been operating for one year. "The center was launched on Feb 12,2019 and started full operation from March 4," she said.
The courts of Bishkek and Chui region considered 107 cases. The court upheld the decision on 103 cases. The decision was annulled on 4 cases and fines were canceled.
