Civil activist picketing near White House in support of member of Katyran village council

AKIPRESS.COM - The civil activist Ondorush Toktonasyrov is picketing alone near the White House in Bishkek in support of member of Katyran village council Saparali Borubayev on Feb 25. The activist demanded to release Borubayev and claimed that village council member was put in jail for telling the truth.
Prior to this, the local council member was detained on suspicion of hooliganism, robbery, mass disorders and damaging property of another. According to the investigation, all cases were committed in 2012.
Borubayev was placed in pre-trial detention facility in Osh city until April 14.
