AKIPRESS.COM - The maternal mortality rate in Kyrgyzstan decreased by 8.6%, said the Deputy Health Minister Madamin Karatayev at the press conference in Bishkek on Feb 25. According to him, 52 cases of maternal mortality per 1,000 births were recorded in 2018 and 44 cases in 2019.
