Only 38.3% of Kazakhstanis trust police

AKIPRESS.COM - Only 38.3% of citizens trust police in Kazakhstan, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported with reference to the Minister of Interior Yerlan Turgumbayev.
According to him, the effectiveness of activities of police was assessed on the most important quality and quantity criteria.
The survey was conducted by the statistics committee of the Ministry of National Economy from May 13 to June 22, 2019.
The study covered respondents at the age of 15 and older across the country in both urban and rural areas.
According to the survey, 51.2% of respondents said they partially agree with the statement that Kazakhstanis can fully trust the police.
