Kazakhstan ratifies multilateral convention for implementation of tax treaty measures

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a law on ratification of the multilateral convention on implementation of measures regarding the tax agreements, Vlast.kz reports with reference to Akorda.
The document is aimed at combating erosion of the tax base and withdrawal of profits from taxation.
The goal of the law is fighting against misuse of application of tax priviledges provided in the agreements on avoidance of double taxation.
