Metro trains to be launched from Tashkent to Tashkent region

AKIPRESS.COM - Construction of the metropolitan railway from Tashkent to Nurafshan, Tashken region, is planned in future, Tashkent mayor's office said. This information came from the meeting held in Nurafshan on February 19.
"The train service will be launched to link with Nurafshan in near future," First Vice Prime Minister Achilbai Ramatov said.
"We are closely cooperating with the region administration on development of infrastructure. The large-scale construction of water supply networks, roads, drainage networks and public utilities is underway," Achilbai Ramatov added.
The smart city project is ongoing in Nurafshan.
