33 bn som of investments attracted for providing clean water in Kyrgyzstan in 2020 – Jeenbekov

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov said the government increased the financing of clean water provision in the country up to 5 million som this year. According to him, 33 billion som of investments have been attracted for providing clean water and updating infrastructure in 2020.
Rehabilitation of irrigation networks will be completed in 715 villages of Kyrgyzstan by 2024, he said.
The country can work on attracting of investments and opening of farms only after providing regions with clean water, the President noted.
