Uzbekistan chefs cook world’s biggest laghman in Moscow

AKIPRESS.COM - A group of chefs from Uzbekistan cooked the world's biggest laghman 797 kg in weight at the third International Culture Festival held in Moscow from February 13-16, the State Tourism Committee said.
Laghman is the Central Asian dish of pulled noodles, meat and vegetables.
The length of the laghman made several kilometers.
The record setting laghman was registered by the IInterrecord International Agency for Registration of Records in 2015 in Almaty, when laghman weighing 687 kg was cooked.
Handicraftsmen from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Russia, Tatarstan, Azerbaijan and Dagestan took part in the Festival.
