Bek Air licenses to be recalled if company fails to eliminate shortcomings within 6 months — aviation authorities of Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Certificates of Bek Air airline will be recalled if the company does not eliminate shortcomings within 6 months, Vlast.kz reported.
The civil aviation committee said the results of unscheduled checks of activities of Bek Air will be sent to the company until February 27.
After receiving of the results, the airline will have to provide a corrective action plan on elimination of problems to the civil aviation committee within 10 days. In case if the company fails to do so, the licenses of the airline will be recalled, the committee said.
The aviation administration of Kazakhstan terminated the activities of licenses of Bek Air after plane crash in December 2019 outside Almaty.
Over the past three years, the company suffered two aircraft crashes.
Serious shortcomings were revealed during the unplanned checks in the airline, after which the licenses were frozen.
