Suzak district discusses protection of rights and interests of children

AKIPRESS.COM - The coordination meeting on execution of legislation on children and minors kicked off in Suzak district of the Jalal-Abad region, said the General Prosecutor Office on Feb 13. The meeting was attended by the deputy prosecutor of the region, the employees of the prosecutor's office and Department of Internal Affairs, district education and social development department.
The meeting participants discussed the reinforcement of work on prevention of violence against minors, prevention of suicides and early marriages, as well as combating juvenile crimes and rights protection, legal interests of orphans and children of labor migrants.
The local authorities reported on the operation of deposit accounts of orphans and on the condition of criminality among minors for 2018-2019.
