Kazakhstanis recommended to insure properties from emergency situations

AKIPRESS.COM - The first Deputy Interior Minister of Kazakhstan Yuri Ilyin urged the Kazakhstanis to insure their properties from emergency situations and not to rely on government's aid, zakon.kz reported.
During the Mazhilis session, Ilyin noted that if a home ownership was legalized, a resident has a right to receive a compensation from the government.
However, the Constitution provides an opportunity to voluntarily insure the properties. But the mechanism is not applied today, he said.
He recommended the population to insure their properties from various kinds of emergency situations to receive compensation from insurance companies.
