Uzbekistan, WHO Regional Office for Europe sign cooperation agreement

AKIPRESS.COM - WHO Regional Director for Europe Dr. Hans Kluge arrived in Uzbekistan on his first official visit after election at the 69th session of the European Regional Committee of the World Health Organization.
The two-year cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan and the WHO Regional Office for Europe for 2020-2021 was signed during this visit.
The document is a practical basis for cooperation.
It was prepared through consistent consultations between national health care authorities and the secretariat of the WHO Regional Office for Europe, the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan said.
