AKIPRESS.COM - The Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan provided update on the number of people injured in the massive disorders in Kordai district, Jambyl region.
As of February 10, 178 people were injured in the conflict. Earlier, the Ministry said 165 people sought medical assistance and 39 were hospitalized.
"As of February 10, 178 people were injured in the massive conflict, 10 people died. 170 people sought medical assistance. 117 people were provided medical assistance without hospitalization (102 in Kazakhstan and 15 in Kyrgyzstan), 53 people were hospitalized (43 in Kazakhstan and 10 in Kyrgyzstan)," the Ministry of Health said.
As of February 10, 41 patients still remain in hospitals, including 25 in Almaty, 14 in Jambyl region, 2 in Kyrgyzstan. 9 patients are in intensive care. 17 patients were operated.
The Ministry of Health said it will transport one patient to Almaty from a central hospital of Kordai district and two patients from Kyrgyzstan.
