Prices 0.6% up in average in Uzbekistan in January 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - The prices in January 2020 in Uzbekistan grew by 0.6% in average versus prices in December 2019 and by 14.3% compared to January 2019, according to the State Statistical Committee. The prices for fish grew by 1.2%, poultry prices declined by 0.7%. Mutton and beef prices remained unchanged in January 2020.
The prices for eggs grew by 3%. Dairy products became expansive for 1.5%. Prices for sugar, tea and other products grew by 0.3%.
The highest growth of prices is observed for vegetables and fruits.
Oil and fat prices grew by 0.6%.
Non-food products became more expensive for 10.8% compared to January 2019.
