Severe weather blamed for mass road crashes in Kazakhstan killing 99

AKIPRESS.COM - A total of 99 people died in January 2020 in road accidents in Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reported.
One third of the crashes occurred in Almaty due to the severe weather conditions.
According to the reports of experts, during this period 908 road accidents were recorded in the country injuring almost 1,300 people.
The record number of accidents were registered in Almaty - 259 followed by Almaty region - 119 and East Kazakhstan region - 80.
