Uzbekistan, Russia to exchange experience in repatriation of children from Syria, Iraq

AKIPRESS.COM - Russian President's Commissioner for Children's Rights Anna Kuznetsova held a working meeting with Consul General of Uzbekistan in Russia Mehreddin Hairiddinov to discuss prospects of cooperation in protection of children's rights.
A special attention was paid to repatriation of children staying in hostilities zones.
"The sides agreed to maintain contacts and to promptly exchange information concerning evacuation of children from the zone of hostilities, as well as any areas of work related to protection of rights and interests of minors," the Russian Children's Ombudsman's website said.
