Bill on volunteering to be prepared in Kazakhstan until end of 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - A draft law on volunteering will be developed until the end of 2020, Minister of Information and Social Development of Kazakhstan Dauren Abayev said, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported. This year has been announced as a Year of Volunteers in Kazakhstan, which implies 7 areas, including patronage of children from orphanages, assistance in the care of patients, environment protection, cleaning of rivers and forests, volunteer work in nursing homes, volunteer assistance to senior pupils of rural schools, as well as work dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, Abayev noted.
The Minister underlined the importance of the bill and called on all non-profit organizations of the country to participate in the 9th Civil Forum of Kazakhstan.
