Extended government session with participation of President Tokayev kicks off in Nur-Sultan

AKIPRESS.COM - The extended session of the government of Kazakhstan started in Nur-Sultan under chairmanship of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, local media reported.
The meeting will consider results of social and economic development of Kazakhstan in 2019 and the process of implementation of President's orders on main areas of activities of the government.
Prime Minister Askar Mamin opened the session with a report.
"The economy is on the pace of sustainable development," the report started.
According to Mamin, salaries of 1.7 million citizens were raised in 2019.
The state budget expenditures totaled 14 trillion 180 billion tenge - 99.7% of fulfillment.
The foreign trade turnover increased up to $97 billion. 25 billion investments have been attracted, Mamin says.
Growth of prices are observed in 10 regions of the country, according to him.
