IT map to monitor endangered animals created in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - An IT map of Kyrgyzstan has been presented in Bishkek on January 23.
The authors said the IT map shows the habitat of wild animals.
According to them, the interactive map composes unique data of not only wild animals, but also plants, peaks, rivers, lakes, glaciers amd etc.
The map gives an opportunity to get acquainted with the habitat of a certain animal, for example, a snow leopard, and read the information about this animal.
The IT map also provides an information about how much habitat of certain animals has been reduced. For example, the Tian Shan maral lived almost in all Kyrgyzstan before, but now it lives only in two sites.
