Lawmaker asks to assign village status to Dachi Su settlement

AKIPRESS.COM - Over 10,000 people live in Dachi Su, however the settlement still do not have village status, said Almazbek Ergeshov at the parliament meeting on Jan 23.
"Children are forced to attend school in the villages of Manas and Jany-Jer. The local residents asked to built a school," said Ergeshov.
"There is no rural health post. Pregnant women, senior citizens and children are forced to travel 4-5 km for doctor's appointment. According to locals, they could not build school over the lack of the village status," said Ergeshov.
