Prices for non-food products in Kyrgyzstan rise by 0.6% in December 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - Prices of non-food products in December 2019 increased by 0.6% compared with November of the same year, Chairman of the National Statistics Committee Akylbek Sultanov told a press conference in Bishkek. According to him, prices for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products grew by 0.1%, tariffs for services provided to the population - by 0.1%.
"An increase in consumer prices in December 2019 compared to November was observed in the country. At the same time, their largest rise (by 1.1%) was recorded in the city of Bishkek, where, compared with other regions, prices for foodstuffs and non-alcoholic drinks significantly increased - by 1.9%, as well as non-food products - by 1.1%", he said.
